Our company establishd by our Managing Director George Stylianou the 20/9/1999.Mr Stylianou has been in the property market since 1986 whith his families Real Estate company COSTAS STYLIANOU &SON ESTATES L.T.D.

His father Mr Costas Stylianou is a member of the Cyprus Real Estate Agents Association since 1987. We operate mainly in Limassol.

The company's operations are:

1. To develop and sell luxury villas in prime locations.
2. Divide land to building sides(put roads,services, e.t.c).Sell building sides.
3. Sell land for future investments.
